- If there is any nonconformity/damaged/wrong model associated with product at the time of delivery please contact with us with the applicable return window. You may be entitled for refund/replacement depending on the product category and conditions.
- As most of the items are CKD and any defect associated with component will be replaced/repair as per warranty policy.
- You are eligible for return/replacement for a major catastrophe of the product as per warranty policy.
- Customized product/upholstered product will not be eligible for return/refund if there is no flaw in it.
- Any misleading content of website is solely responsible by NFL and return is applicable in the first place.
- Any fault associated with transportation of product for shifting purpose from one place to another by customer, NFL is not responsible for it. For knockdown product it is requires to disassemble prior shifting. Client can ask NFL for repairing with on payment service.
- If your item arrived in snag/defective condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided that the exact item is available as per clause 3. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to process your refund after receiving products from you. Upon receiving your product it will undergo quality checking by quality assurance & quality control department.
- The product must include original brand logo, Packaging & kits packets where it is applicable with the original proof of purchase.
- For any component missing by customer or any user fault, partial refund will be applicable and will be determined by costing department.
